1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by ASK ROBYN ("Service Provider") to clients seeking administrative, personal assistance, and companionship services for seniors. By engaging in these services, you agree to the following terms.
2. Services Provided
The Service Provider offers support in the following areas:

Administrative & Personal Assistance: Medical aid claims, bill payments, visa and ID applications, scam prevention, and safe transportation.

Companionship & Lifestyle Enrichment: Cultural outings, social events, recreational activities, and personalised experiences.
3. Service Limitations

The Service Provider does not offer medical, legal, or financial advisory services.

While every effort is made to ensure safety and reliability, transportation services are accompanied assistance only, not a taxi or chauffeur service.

The Service Provider is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party institutions (e.g., medical aid providers, banks, government offices).
4. Fees & Payments

Fees are agreed upon before service commencement and may vary depending on the level of assistance required.

Payments are due upon receipt of an invoice and must be settled via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method.

Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

No refunds will be issued for completed services.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal information shared with the Service Provider is treated with strict confidentiality.

No data will be shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
7. Liability & Indemnity

The Service Provider takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safety but is not liable for any unforeseen incidents, accidents, or losses that occur during service delivery.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold the Service Provider harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, and if necessary, through legal proceedings in South African courts.
9. Amendments
The Service Provider reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
